Before I started this project I spent alot of time and research in compressors and the idea of using refrigeration setups. This is a 12v compressor and its almost brand new It came out of fridge/freezer portable. i was in the right place at the right time it was non working when all it was inline fuse on the cord itself. So I wrecked a 1200$ fridge to remove this.
I've worked out how to make a fully insulated chiller plate for a water pass thru setup with using two thermostats. So in a nut shell when I'm benchmarking I'll use the unit to stable the temps .
I setup a few test setups to see how it was going to work and wow once you have enough cooling channels for the water to run thru without compromising flow, I'm upset I didn't take pics because I wasn't a member of any forums . But pretty much I used a variable speed running continuous tap hot water thru a insulated 20mm thick 300-400mm alloy block . I have a mate that's a air con mechanic and I got him to chop up a condessor coil make it a single feed and pretty much mounted the two together and in cased it expanded foam .
In time you'll see me build this, but I don't to make to much of a discussion right now. It's kind of the same idea as using a ice temp rite when pouring keg beer. Same sort of principal
