When I've finish constructing the case. They just bolt in now, I'll spray the case before I start the wiring. It's worked out brilliant, the cover just slides on the bolts on, Power and usb are going to be else where.

Just curious as to where you got that mesh from? I have looked around a bit but can't find a cheap supplier

Go see a sheet metal place, or a security door place. Sure you can get off cuts. I do believe this mesh is for security doors and its stainless steel. Just remember stainless is always harder to work with.

just a heads up, while those do push a decent amount of air for how thin they are, they ore VERY loud.

I'm not worried about noise or weight, once i built the external compressor unit run 20+ fans and plus the amount of weight. I'm setting this pc up in a room on its own. I've got all the bits to make a adjustable 3 stand monitor mount.

I wasn't worried about noise either...

then I bought one of these not knowing: http://www.frozencpu.com/products/8565/fan-531/Delta_120_x_25mm_High_Speed_PWM_Fan_-_11311_CFM_AFC1212D.html

and then my ears started bleeding.

now I care about noise.

Everything is going to be on fan controllers, the front fans are not important. Wait to you see what I have planned to do to the doors biggrin.gif.

If you seen my current computer setup you would understand why I'm not worried about this system being noisy.
