in reviews, all full speed the H80 is quite a bit louder then full speed Noctua D14 and Silver Arrow.

noctua has always used great fans, woudnt surprise me if it made a difference at full speed.

not that i can hear it tho,

anyways back on topic : cpu is fine, get a gpu
