Dreaded eyefinity help thread

Thread Starter
Hey all, sorry to make a new one but it seems that these threads are not very helpful unless made specific so... here goes.

I am using:

1. DVI - Samsung SyncMaster 2494HM @ 1920x1080
2. DVI - Viewsonic VA2323WM @ 1920x1080
3. VGA>DVI Adapter>DP Active - Dell 1703FP @ 1280x1024

DP Adapter - http://www.ebay.com/itm/130584202392...84.m1439.l2649

So CCC detects the Dell and can change all settings as if it works, but I do not see anything on Dell nor does the Dell see a signal.

My DVI on the Dell is a DVI-I (Dual) but the DP Adapter is a DVI-D (Dual) would this be a problem? If I buy a VGA to DVI-D cable or DVI-I to DVI-D cable, would I be ok?

Any ideas?

For monitor 3 DELL, only this will work VGA-MiniDP Adapter for resolution max 1920x1200

Don't waste your time go cheaper adapter not validated by AMD or trying other configuration. It will fail.
