Monitor change?

Should i keep the current one i have for BF3 or upgrade my monitor to 1080p 23 inch? I have been using my current one for three years now. Warranty is expired. However i have this in my bedroom

And i HARDLY watch cable anymore only in the living room. Should i switch my monitor or you think it's best i get a better new monitor at NewEgg? Should the LCD TV be good enough or you think that is better off using for movies and TV? Not gaming?

Well, if you already have the one you linked, I don't see any merit in upgrading if the quality on that is good. LED is just the backlight, the colours will look a little warmer but maybe not enough to justify upgrading from a perfectly good monitor.

Give it a try and see what you think, quality to you is all that matters.

Really? It's really made for TV. I'm not so sure if it's a good idea to use as a monitor even if it has a DVI port on it and HDMI. I wish it had a stand like a monitor but it looks ok. I dunno yet lol.
