Should I just increase the power by a certain % in Overdrive in CCC until one of these numbers in GPUZ = 1.18?
In addition, if you are saying to use TRIXX to increase the voltage is there a TRIXX for my 6950 model? I was looking at the download page on the Sapphire website and I did not see a TRIXX version for 6950 toxic model number 100312TXSR.

Always increase the power slider (seen in pic below) to at least plus 20% as it is know to cause instability. However, I give a 95% chance that this in not the cause. It also does nothing to affect voltages. As for TriXX the program is universal. Just set the voltage slider to 1.18 (also seen below) like I said and everything should be fine. Do some testing and report back. And you will be changing the vddc, btw.
Also, do not set your core clock to 930. I was just to lazy to change mine.

Dear God man I hope you don't set that to +50 all the time!

25+ on my overclock and I clock lower than 1000mhz.

50+ is just pure overkill, allowing your 6950 to gulp that much power in an intense workload isn't necessary since it won't pull anywhere near what doubling your allowable tdp will.

It doesn't really matter I normally just slide it up to +50% as it will never hit that so it doesn't matter. It will pull the same power at +20% as it will at +50%. I just set it at that cuz it's easier than dialing in +20%.

Yeah, good recommendation and way to rule out that possibility.
