If you are not lefthanded get the Deathadder black edition. It have a higher quality coating and coating on the sides also

Well I definitely want to get the DA:BE, I'm just worried that the tracking won't be as perfect as my two DA 3g. I read a while back that the DA 3.5g was having tracking issues when moving at high speeds (I'm a low sensitivity user in FPS games.) This turned me off to getting a 3.5g and since the DA:BE uses the same sensor as the 3.5g I'm somewhat hesitant to purchase it.

how fast do you move your mouse? As far as i know, the DA 3.5g is good to at least 2 m/s. I think there is a source for that info....hopefully i didn't just make that up

Well I'm not a pro by any means but I do get up to around 2 m/s, I'm mostly worried that the 3.5g won't have that perfect 1:1 tracking ration that my current 3g DA's have.

Also I just compared my current 3g DA to the main DA thread and apparently I have the 3gv2, now I'm somewhat concerned that the DA:BE's lift off distance will be much greater than my current mouse.
