Router not working

After my recent modem experimentation (to which I got my internet connection back, obviously), I've come to find that my router no longer works properly.

I have a cheapo Linksys Wireless-N home router WRT120N. I picked it up at walmart over a month ago, and it was working fine up until I tried changing my modem. Since then it hasn't worked at all.

I would very much so like to get it working again instead of going out and wasting even more money then I have done thus far.

Anyway, I've done everything I can think of. I've unplugged my modem, unplugged my router, waited, then plugged in the modem, waited till I got internet, then my router. Didn't work. I've tried going through the setup disk again as if it were a brand new router. Nothing.

So what else can I do?

Also, to give you an idea of what it's currently doing, it's flashing lights constantly and my computer says I'm getting internet when I am not. I do think the wi-fi works though as my iPod Touch went to life with alerts and such even though my computer wasn't getting internet.

Ooooook, now my router is working again. Odd...

However, I am unable to connect to my routers web based control panel...
