SSD dying?

Thread Starter
Lately my PC has been crashing and it wont boot back up on start up. Bios stops detecting my SSD. At first I was completely stumped and convinced its just dead. I found out though if I unplug and replug in the power cable suddenly it works just fine. Is my harddrive dying or do you think something else is going on here?

This is the reason why many people reccomend you stick with Crucial or intel

Exact same thing I was thinking last night. I unplugged the sata cable, took out the battery, and cleared cmos and it started up.

I dont think its my ssd though because I did a benchtest and it was still at its normal speed
