775 out the door build.

I'm going to be building a computer for my wife's aunt and will be using this case http://www.newegg.com/Product/Produc...82E16811112218. My question for all is to max out the bang for the buck for $775 tax and all from Newegg. They don't game however they do some light photoshoping and they want at least 750 gig in storage. I would like to stay around Intel.

Thanks all for your help, been playing for 2-3 hours and can't make up my mind so I'd figure I'd ask ya'll.

np....i will see what I can come up with. Is this just for the tower, or keyboard, mouse, monitor and everything?

EDIT: blu ray?

I have the case and the OS so I need everything else for in the case, no monitor, keyboard or mouse. I'd like to get them a small ssd if possible for boot but I realize the constraints of the budget. From what I've read on photoshop as I've never used it, need 4 cores preferably and a low to mid-low gpu. I'm not sure if the built-in gpu in some of the 1155 series motherboards is good enough by itself if I go down that road, if it is that would be nice as it would open the door for better stuff on the whole of the system.

For blu ray, if it could be worked in cool but if not that won't be a deal breaker.

Hows this? I doubt they need dedicated graphics card but just in case here it is. If they dont You can drop the PSU for a smaller one and use the money to add the screen and mouse and keyboard if you need to get that. Either way, still plenty of monetary headroom.

Light photoshop will only require a light machine around $400 excluding peripherals.

Just saw your post before my last...4 real cores or 2 cores with HT? With the budget listed in my previous post, you could easily swap the i3 for a 2500k.

You can go higher, I've got the Lian Li case for them. I actually had a very similar build to that when I was playing around awhile ago. I'd like to bump the ram to at least 8 gig if possible.
