LLANO 3650 vs phenom ii x4 955

Hi guys,

Im trying to put together a budget computer for a coworker, $500 limit with OS!! Ugg hate budget builds, wish for once someone would give me at least $1000 budget haha. Anyways he wants to try to build it himself but Im just getting a list for him together. I really wanted to get him a llano processor for the graghics but Im not sure if Im seeing the value in it. motherboard and memory are both about $210. Unless Im missing something wouldnt a phenom ii x4 955 with onboard amd 4250 graghics still beat out a llano with its 6530 graghics? He is literally an internet user and occasional computing normal people do. Im not even sure if he watches youtube in HD. Im even thinking about just setting him up with an x2 555 if frys still has them for $50.

Also will FM1 still be used on the next series?

Here is just a quick comparison I got, i didnt want a crap motherboard so tried picking mid range/nice looking ones for him once he shows off his first build

Llano
LLano a6-3650 $120 http://www.newegg.com/Product/Produc...82E16819103943
msi mobo $90 http://www.newegg.com/Product/Produc...82E16813130605

Phenom II
x4 955 $120 http://www.newegg.com/Product/Produc...82E16819103808
asus mobo $85 http://www.newegg.com/Product/Produc...82E16813131657

Which route would you go? Its going to be in a mid tower case

Thanks

3650 CPU is 20% faster than the Ph at 2.6Ghz vs 3.2, gets even more after both OC.
6530 is immensely faster than 4250

EDIT:
PhenomII x4 955 3.2Ghz - 3960 passmark points
Llano 3650 2.6Ghz- 5300 passmark points
Llano OCes to 3.5

llano.

not only it will give you proper 4 core cpu plus pretty decent gpu in one shot, but you can also hybrid overclock it by shoving in a 6670 card for at most $80 and get even bigger performance.

fm1 may not be used for trinity, but the fusion concept seems to be the concept that cpus will take on.

If everything goes as planned, I'll have my monster A6-3650, 1866 DDR3 rig by the end of next week, and we'll see how far up I'll get it!

A8 (3850, not 3650) reaches the absolute same overlcoks as 3650 for the exact same cores and architecture, for 30% more $$.
Also, when combined with external GPU, there is almost no difference between the 3650 and 3850.
