Help me pick a fan controller?

So I'm looking at the Lamptron fc5v2, fc8, and the fc touch.
All have 30 watts per channel (which is probably more than I need honestly) and are at about the same price point.
Which would you choose?
Should I look elsewhere completely?

As of now, I just have my stock fans (~5 including the cpu cooler), but I'm slowly accumulating water cooling parts and plan to stick 3 San Ace 101s on my rad. I don't need (in fact it may be better if I don't have) one fan per channel so long as I can control specific regions of fans with one channel.

I prefer knobs to sliders or switches and am not really a fan of the Rheobus Extreme, aesthetically at least.

Help is greatly appreciated.

it really depends how many fans you need to be "controlled". i'm using the fc5v2.

I have the FC8 and love it! Very easy to use, good price and looks beast.

I have 4 Case fans, 2 GPU Fans and 2 CPU fans. So it was a wise move.

The molex plugs were a pita as I bent the tip of one and spent half an hour with a needle nose pick fixing it -_-

30w Per channel would be enough for 3-4 fans alone.

Well, as it is my fans are quite loud (cpu is using an ultra kaze 3k) and I believe the SA101s should be even louder. So I imagine total number of fans I would like to control (eventually at least) 6-7?
Unless you're implying I wouldn't hook up all my fans to the controller? This just seems a little silly as I may as well hook up everything I can. May as well get the most out of it, as well as enjoy the lowered sound/power when I don't need the fans going full blast.

then fc8 should suits you

I'm currently using the FC-2. I'm sure you can still find some around shops or online. If you happen to get one of the Rev1 FC-2 email one of our resident Lamptron vendor reps, and they'll take care of you. The fc8 would also be great for you aswell
