Help me go from set voltage to offset

Tired of random Bluescreens. the ones I am getting is 0x00000124 which I believe is CPU Vcore. My Vcore is already at 1.448 which is alot.

I can remember reading that you will be able to be more stable with a offset voltage and a cpu that clocks itself down when it is not in use. My CPU is at 4.8 constantly and gets 1.48v constantly

got a BSOD last night when I was watching a move, not using any computational powers of the CPU, so something must be up.

here is a log of my Bluescreens.

as you can see they are quite a bit far apart, but I also get freezes where the sound loops and I dont get a bluescreen, but I must restart to gain control.

I tried once before to set it to offset voltage, a few months ago. And what I remember is that when there was load on the cpu, the voltage went up to 1.6v! So I had no idea what I was doing at that time.
Could any1 assist me with setting it to offset, still have 4,8Ghz and get less Bluescreens that I do at the moment?

ok..downclock your multi for a minute..set the voltage to offset..bump it up.reboot..see what it is in the bios..adjust...reboot..see what it is..until you reach your desired vcore

then you can bump your multi back up..but i'd go a notch or two lower until you see what your vcore is in windows...
