Well if both are the same price, why not? I'd rather have a boxed copy and go get it than having to deal with a 11gb download that would take 3 days to get.

Honestly I was shocked by how FAST my download was! I don't think it was more than 7-8 hours! And I was also downloading a game on Steam.
