This. My 430 is pushing 1.48 BIOS/1.456 CPU-Z on my cpu; 2.32v on my RAM; and, a GTX 460 right now. Never even breaks a sweat.

You could also consider a 6850 instead of that GTX 460. Same base performance, uses less power, runs cooler and overclocks like a beast.
