If I align I dont need to use secureErase?

IF I :

Type create partition primary align=1024

Type format quick fs=ntfs

I dont need to use secure erase and format again, before I install windows 7?

You would only need to secure erase if there was data on it that you didn't want to fall into the wrong hands. In fact you don't even need to format because the win 7 install disk has drive erasing and portioning capabilities built in.

Nice, Now I cant access win 7 repair menu to start an diskpart, I have hirens is there some stuff to run a diskpart that let me do the align?

well yes, but you also would do it if your drive becomes degraded over time.

When you install win7 the alignment is automatic.
