That is about where I am, shipping and brokerage not included. This doesn't include any of the cost of the stock water blocks on the evga hydro coppers.

about "GOOD GOD" dollars and "HOLY HELL" cents

it is very easy to avoid spending as much as i have though, just stick to barbs.

if you want clamps, get something like these

which work very well by sealing all the way around the tube (no "pinch zone") and are coated in a very durable black. love em.

i used those after i realized that my fittings were adding up... think about 10-20 bucks a pop and every place it connects you need one OR MORE. sometimes you want angle adapters, through-hole mounts for a drain, another for a fillport, then a three-way for where the fillport enters the loop... and another three-way for where the drain enters the loop... *SOB*

edit: look at mcmaster carr's clamps here: http://www.mcmaster.com/#hose-and-tube-clamps/=emhe3o

If you make your own RES and look for a deal on a pump from a pump maverick, the entire loop can be done for under $150 with good results.
