Well I need a new one anyway, so I'm going to go ahead and upgrade.

I'm just wondering if there is anything other than a video card that could be throwing off these symptoms. I've never run across this exactly this way before.

For example: Is it possible that a failing PSU could give these symptoms? Is it possible the MB is going bad? I've pretty much ruled out HD, RAM, and CPU.
