Can't decide on a mobo

Thread Starter
I've bee looking at mobos to go with my i7 2600k chip and I can't decide so I thought I'd see what everyone here had to say. I want a ssd drive and 2-4 hds(raid). Haven't decided on the ram or the graphics cards yet. So any suggestions you have would be greatly appreciated mainly because I just can't make up my mind

err..i just lowballed it..again..with an asrock extreme3 gen 3..has 8 phases..hopefully all the other stuff works..it's supposed to be better than the last board i had..an asrock z68pro3-m....i know it may be only a 4-phase board..but hey..there was some quality stuff on it..took that sb chip as far as it would go..it wouldn't have gone any higher ..no matter what the board
i vote for asrock extreme3 gen3..or extreme4 gen3..err if your budget's higher..maximus4 gene-z..er p67 sabertooth..umm..fatal1ty..and ws revolution..btw the asrock fatal1ty has the best power phases

Depending on your budget I'm with Schmuckley, ASRock is making awesome boards for the money. The Extreme3 Gen3, supports Ivy Bridge, PCI-E 3.0, SLI, CFX, USB 3.0 and Sata 6Gb/s. Main difference between the Extreme 3 and 4 is the 4 has 3 PCI-E x16 for tri-sli/cfx

Wow thanks for the input. I'm thinking about an Asrock. I've seen three different boards all labeled z68 extreme 4 gen 3 so slightly confusing but I'm leaning towards this one. Got any suggestions for a graphics card or two I want to play with sli or cross fire it's new to me. Now that my indecisiveness has probably chosen a motherboard what is y'all suggestions on ram?

Ok.. I felt a stupidity question coming on... I didn't see this anywhere with the chip or mother board. This is a 64 bit system I'm looking at building isn't it?
