I think you are taking this abit too personally considering the exceptional work you put into your system. KNOW the quality of your work IS in fact appreciated by those of us who won't accept anything but the best. remember that with your single 540 rad, you still out perform the 360 + 240 rad in the phantom and yours is a MUCH cleaner build:D

I hear you bro...I wasnt having an issue until he started PM'ing me about how hard he worked on his build....like its the only build worth looking at....Hell....I've been modding PC's for a LONG time so it takes just a little more to get me going. My first water cooled PC was in the late 80's when I tore apart my dorm fridge biggrin.gif

i'm sure he worked hard on his build and should feel proud for the work he put in. however, his build lack originality and "emotional content"biggrin.gif instead he used loudness to get his point across, where as your build speaks volumes w/o making a sound:) (ok alittle sound with those red pipes:p) it's a different build. your build is targeted towards Ferrari / Bentley owners, his is targeted towards Honda / Toyota owners. a Ferrari owner doesn't feel threatened when a modded Honda pulls up and revs its engine:D

This is amazing, I quite like the effect that the UV cathodes have on the acrylic

Its crazy how much stuff you did for this build! I am amazed at how clean you made yours look man! The subtle red with all the black is just simply amazing. its not a tacky color or anything of that sort! Love it completely, and thats saying a lot for me cause I dont normally like red! But in this, it looks magnificent!

Good job man! Youve got a future follower.

Thanks Carlos....Im having fun with it. I took her to a local LAN party here in NC for the release of BF3. It was so funny, all the guys kept standing around my spot checking out the build and not playing the game...lol....Im having a blast with the chiller too..no matter what I am doing on the machine it never gets above 45*c and thats with the chiller set at 70*f.....I might have to start playing with some insulation biggrin.gif

I really liked how the Venom caught my attention, but something about it didn't make me want to vote for it. Maybe it was the "loudness" of the color scheme or the clashing of the motherboard's color with the rest of the build. The anti-kink coils also took away from the overall simplicity and ended up adding too much yellow everywhere.

sil3nt_dr3ams's would probably get my vote due to it's crazy mod work, but it's not anywhere near completion.

That being said, I voted for this mod as it really is one of the cleanest of the whole list and the subtle red accents really complements the sleekness of the case. I also am not a big fan of red, but this build makes me have some respect for its usage. The build may look simple, but you can see that a lot of thought went into it and that's something I've been appreciating in mods: making it look clean and simple, while performing like a beast. Psyclum certainly used the appropriate analogy when comparing the mods and given that I'm part of the young generation, I'm starting to see simple aesthetics look much nicer than eye-catching looks. It reminds me of ricer or ghetto-looking Civics that pull up next to me and think they're all cool, but have nothing on my stock Subaru 2.5RS when it comes to performance.
