i uploaded a video so you guys can hear it. but this time the noise is different. i cant figure out where the noise is coming from.

if i let it run for about 15mins, the noise is gone. but when i turn off the computer and turn it on again, noise comes back.

i didn't experience this in my previous Contac 29 fan.

Put oil in it. Had a noisy Yate Loon, I put a small drop of 5w-30 synthetic motor oil and voila no noise.

they ship with some oil in them
the brass bushing have some lubricants in them, but sometimes they need more

also check the other case fans
stop them one at a time and see which ones are making the noise

other fans are working properly. like i said i didn't experience this before. just now when this fan came. so i suspect the Blade Master fan.
