Block for Maximus iv Extreme or Z

Thread Starter
I need to pick up a waterblock for my Maximus iv extreme Z. I didn't realize that the only blocks I can find were with the extreme only. EKWB says that I have to bend a resistor to make this block fit proper. Has anyone done this? Is there any harm to the board? Mips has a block on there sight that says extreme z but I can't find a reseller for it.
Thanks

no need to bend , just skimmed the mobo block at the capasitor with dremel.. only a little then it will fits fine.. i've done it.. bend capasitor is too risky and cannot rma if anything happens

yes, the block.. only the topside of the block will stuck the capasitor.. not the metal part below.. so no need to worry... as the topside is either plexi or acatel..

I just looked around and it seems to be sold out everywhere. Seems I'll have to wait for the dremel mods.
