NTFS if its a internal HD and you'll not be using it on a PS3 or 360 as a external drive (i'm not even sure if you can select Fat32 in Win 7)

Volume label is what you want it to show in My Computer beside the drive letter

I always do a quick format

The defualt values that come up are what I always use. Just don't change anything, hit next and you should be fine.

Side note to CravinR1, I read about Vista, and fortunately convinced the company to switch out their PCs to Windows 7 (had old XP Dell P4 systems).
