GPU - MSI GTX 560 Ti TWIN FROZR II OC
PSU - Corsair HX650
Case - Cooler Master Gladiator 600
HDD - Samsung Spinpoint F3 1tb 7200rpm
CPU - AMD Phenom II X4 955 Black Edition / AMD FX 4100
Cooler Master Hyper 212+
Opticle drive - LITE-ON DVD-RAM/DVD-RW/DVD+RW IHAS224-19

I was wondering which mobo and which cpu to get both cpus and mobos are at the same price, if the psu can handle two of the gtx 560s and what do you think of the build overall?

Thanks!
The Corsair Vengence that comes with the tall heatsinks probably won't fit under a 212+ cooler or any other similar style CPU cooler.

955 or 4100 either way is fine, but if this is a gaming rig, the i3-21XX series can be a better value because they use less power while delivering better gaming performance in most cases. The 21XX series can't be OCed, so may as well just use a stock cooler and enjoy the lower effective cost and lower power bill, On the other hand. The 955 and 4100 can be overclocked with an aftermarket cooler to perform very well, at a much higher cost of power consumption and heat generation.

The HX650 is generally a pretty pricey PSU, and while very nice, is not really any better than many PSUs sold at more competitive prices. What other brands/models do you have access to?

The Sammy F3 is a great drive, but you should also see if you have access to the Hitatchi 7K1000.D drive. It's the first 1TB platter drive on the market and is being very well received so far. Performance up to ~50% better than a sammy 1TB F3 drive.

Gaming CPU benchmarks all around the web are in opposition to your position. The stock i3-2100 is faster in the vast majority of games than a Phenom II 970.

for more budget oriented builds, it doesn't matter if you go with a quad phenom II or hyperthreaded dual sandy, or quasi-quad bulldozer, for most peoples needs, they will all work fine in a vast array of possible computing uses.

An FX-41XX at 4.2GHz (all cores) consumes less power than an x4 980 at 3.7Ghz. At overclocks of 5-5.5GHz (assuming reasonable voltage) the processor will perform at the same level or better than a Phenom II while consuming less power than an overclocked Phenom II.
Since you have no plans to go dual card, take a 970 chipset motherboard (a 990FX would be highly unnecessary). Hopefully you can find one in Estonia.
I was thinking of the 990fx chipset because I'm planning to go sli in a year or two and then I wouldn't have to buy a new mobo, or is that a bad idea?
And can I hit 5ghz on a Hyper 212plus cuz that seems like a lot of hertz on air?

Thanks for telling me, that would've sucked if I'd found out while assembling I guess I'll go with the corsair XMS3 or kingston hyperX genesis.

I chose the hx650 because it's modular, these are the psu's i can choose from http://www.hinnavaatlus.ee/products/...58267e7abd68e4
I wouldn't want anything more expensive than the hx650.

There doesn't seem to be 7k1000.D on the sale here there is a 7k1000.c though.

If you are going to SLI later down the road, you should go with a SB chip. AMD chips will be the bottle neck with multiple high end cards. You can get an i3 now and a i5 later. The i3-2100 is on par or better than all and chips for gaming.
