Running two ASUS 560Ti's on P6X58D Premium

Hey Folks,

I need some advice on whether running two of these cards in SLI would be advisable for gaining some extra FPS on Battlefield 3 running on a P6X58D.

I know my motherboard will support the cards in SLI but my main concern is the space between slot one and two. As a side question will my 750 watt power supply run the cards with a slight cpu over-clock or would be be better upgrading ?

TIA - Spikey

Those cards will be sweet, and that mobo will be fine for 2 of them

What power supply is it bud?

750w will be plenty for sli with overclocking

Excellent, I am hoping to stack them, one on the top port then the one under it on my motherboard.

I am using a Antec 750W which says it is good for sli so hopefully I will be good to go .

Thanks for your advice, the 750w was plenty, but now I have another problem because both cards are close to each other the top card cannot cool effectively the way I see fixing the problem is to move the bottom card to the last slot but on my motherboard I believe it runs at x8, would there be that much of a performance degradation between one card at x16 and the other at x8 ?

TIA.
