Intel Speedstep disabled?

EDIT: Sorry this is an Asus feature. Like EPU Power Saving mode, Internal PLL Voltage, Limit CPUID Maximum, all disabled. Dunno what AsRock proposes but check all the power saving features and disable them all.

Do you mannualy set VCore?

Can someone just please tell me some good settings i can try? Please?!
Or even here

I'd like to help you by posting you all my settings but it's useless since I have an Asus board. You should see with the AsRock P67 / Z68 owners IMHO.

I hate the thread which shows off peoples overclocks... Its so inaccurate because people just post with their overclocks, never true stress/idle testing... ugh
