The latest hardware can play BF3 though.. People are getting decent fps with a single 580.. People with midrange cards can either turn the settings down or xfire/sli.

I"m running specs below with 2xgt460se's and on ultra, albeit at 1798x960 (or something like that due to mouse issues) and avg @60-80 fps most of the time. Haven't seen it dip below 50 yet, but I"ve only been playing mp so far.
