2 days left for this deal, should I get it?

This would be an upgrade from an e7300 Core2Duo and P5QL mobo.
Should I get this? Thoughts on the mobo? I've only heard good from the CPU.

I plan to OC only if I have trouble running things....... such as BF3.

Great deal man
sounds like a good deal to me, would be an awesome upgrade.

and you might as well OC it if you are getting a K-series CPU, it is easy to do with those chips and fairly low risk as long as you read up first and take it slow.

Yes it is a good upgrade.
Just keep in mind you will need new memory, but DDR3 is freaking cheap for an 8 gig kit
Is it listened anywhere if it is Revision B3 for the Mobo?

Yes, it's the B3, and I'm aware I need DDR3 ram. Here's a pic of the actual deal from my cell .

Also, the key differences between this one and the "Pro"/"Deluxe" versions from what I understand is 3 PCI-E slots?(I'd only EVER use 2..)

I really looked at that deal my self but the reviews on newegg for the motherboard are just bad. I know there just reviews but still was enough to make me not buy it.
Yeah, but everything has bad reviews.

Every P8P67 owner I see in the P8P67/P8Z68 owners club is happy with their board.

That's exactly why it wasn't an insta-buy for me. The newegg reviews for the board wheren't so favorable, neither on amazon.
