Gtx 560 Ti OC settings auto-reset

Hello everyone, I've been trying to oc my gtx 560ti and got it stable (well at least I think it is) at with those settings:
GPU clock: 1000MHz
Memory: 1100MHz
Shader: 2000MHz

I used EVGA Precision at first, then MSI Afterbunner and at last the nvidia control panel.
In games like GTA IV, BFBC2, MW2 I had no problems, no artifacts no tearing, no slowing, till I was not it an heavy situation .

So what basically happens is that the screen flashes black in a second and the settings reset themselves to default values, I saw that on my second screen which didn't flash.

Is this a software compatibility issue? Or am I missing something?

In EVGA there was no settings for it in MSI I've set 1.1V not enough?
should be enough stock is 1.25v I had issue with mine 560ti like you did thinking it was temps and found a happy medium of 920mhz/1840/2100mem-1.25v temps are really good after long hours of gaming and honestly I couldn't tell much of a difference in 920mhz-1000mhz
maybe 1-2fps just wasn't worth the extra heat in the case.

my settings for 1000mhz was 2000shader/2300 mem @1.075v

I bought the factory oc'ed one, it was 900MHz by default! Getting it at 1GHz is just a minor plus, and doesn't really affect my temps ±1 or 2 degrees, default being 50idl and 72 at 100% load. I've set it a bit lower but still same thing, I'll make some tests to see if the voltage really has something to do with these resets.

No still no change, the voltage isn't affecting this error. I can't understand if it's a stability problem or a program like nvidia control panel like some protection measure or the card itself resets the settings?
