Well done! I read through your worklog in the OP as well.

A few comments and questions:
1) The colour red does not seem to match well with 'Water and wood', IMHO.
2) If an opening is cut on the desktop (covered with a plexi glass) that allows you to look down into the rig, it would be nice. (pic 1)
3) Is this the 'rice' method? (pic 2)
4) Your room is fairly big. How many jō ?

Pulling in (otherwise the dust filters would be worthless )

Is the back normally open or does it have some covering? I realize that any cover would need some vents to let all the air out as the fans are pushing into the desk.

One, slightly unrelated, question; what happened to the Klipsch ProMedia 5.1 speakers?
No, the back is not covered. The Pro-Media amp died on me last month
I'm a headphones fan anyway, so I replaced them with a new Sharkoon X-Tatic Digital 5.1 set of cans, they sound pretty good for gaming and they work with my XBOX as well (only used for Forza Motorsports). I think I'm going to get a Buttkicker for my chair as well.

1) I have some blue LEDs as well...I've thought about swapping them in, but haven't tried it yet.
2) I'm not much for bling, this was already a bit out of my normal comfort zone....so no, no more windows for ne
3)
4) I think it's 12 jō (but I can't remember for sure )

Fun Fact: The characters mean the same in Chinese.

Also, that's very nice. Does it get warm under the desk considering where the rads are facing?
