Is there a way to lower the VID with the same clock speed?

Settings are:

4.6GHz
PLL overvolt: enabled
Spread spectrum: disabled
Turbo power (or whatever it's called) long/short/current: 230/200/230
LCC: level 1 (I think on this board that means 'disabled')

Everything else default.

Strange thing: I tried for Vcc all settings - auto, offset and manual. None of them seem to have impact on the reported VID (ThrottleStop, CorTtemp). It is always the same for a given multiplier. Is that normal?

Overclock seems to be stable.

LinX: VID is 1.41 @4.6GHz. Max temp was 90C. I ran it for 6 minutes stable, then stopped because of the high temps.

Prime95 blend test is running for 30 minutes stable now. VID is 1.38. Max temp is 75C.

Temps are high, but realize I have a passive HD6850 sitting below the CPU.

Anyone has a suggestion how to lower the VID?

Vid will stay the same. VCore in CPU-Z will change depending on what voltage you give it. Run the Prime 95 Blend for 12 hours. If it passes that you are stable.
