have you tried a smaller card? something low profile, not for gaming, just a simple basic card?

if that don't work the pci slot I guess is bad

The 430 is the smallest, low profile card I have.

Anyone else have any suggestions? If not I'll go find another mobo for it.

If you plug into the onboard video port does anything show up there when its booting with the PCI card installed?

There is absolutely no video output.
