One core is a little weak

Thread Starter
I'm running stable with 5 cores set at 4000MHz and the remaining set to 3900. To run the last core at the same speed would require upping the voltage. I can run at 1.4125V if I don't push that one core.

The BIOS only has one blank for putting in the multiplier. I'm told on another thread that OverDrive is just a toy and I shouldn't be using it.

So, how do I "properly" specify one core a little slower than the others?

If you bios doesnt allow to set MP's for each core. Then OverDrive is probably the only solution.

If i where you i would just or go all cores @ 3.9g or all @ 4.0g

It hasn't.

Any thoughts on how to apply the settings, if not OverDrive?
