Corsair HS1A washable?

Hello I have a pair of Corsair Hs1a gaming headset. The ear cups are getting pretty dirty and was wondering how to wash them?

Can I just stick them in the washer machine, or do I have to hand wash them.

Are they dryer safe?

Any information would be a great help.

Thank you.

For real dude? lol well they are electronic...so i would safely say no they are not, but if you were planning on taking off the the padding I wouldn't stick them in the washer still. Take a paper towel and lightly clean it. Then let it sit out for a bit and dry. How are the headphone quality btw. I almost bought a pair last week, but decided my G35's were still good.

I wasn't planning on cleaning the whole headset just the foam ear cups that are removable.

The overall performance and feel of the headset is great.

I've worn it for hours on end and it has been very comfortable.

I use the Asus Xonar DG sound card and the sound is great with the Corsair headset.

Washing machine works, I do it to my H2O Surge.

From here (under FAQ & Support):

How should I clean my Corsair Gaming headset?
The foam pads are made with open cell foam, so they should not be immersed in water. You can use the sticky side of tape or a lint removal tool to clean the ear pads, or a gentle wipe with a damp cloth on the fabric would also be fine
