SSD Caching with a 8GB SSD?

Hello!
Will the Intel Smart Response Technology work with an 8GB SSD or does it have to be bigger like 64GB?
Thank you!

Max size would be 64gb

Edit: not to sure about minimum capacity though?

Edit: google states 18.6gb minimum capacity

8GB works... but which one?

Anything of that size probably sucks.
Once again...

Okay, thank you! The performance of the 8GB SSD is very bad, so that wouldn't make sense anyways. Thank you
