New rig, need help deciding.

Ok so I am planning to get make a new rig and my budget is around 1.9k (I can spend a little bit more). I am buying stuff like monitor and other accessories also. Things i'm not including is mice, keyboard, and CD drive since I already have them.

Things i'm planning to get:

MSI GTX 580 Twin Frozr II
Asus p8z68-v Pro mobo
Intel i7-2600k Sandy Bridge
Corsair AX 850 PSU
Corsair H100 Liquid Cooler
Cooler Master Haf X
Corsair Vengeace 4x2 1600
1TB 32 Cache WD Hard Drive
Crucial M4 CT064M4SSD2 2.5" MLC Internal Solid State Drive (SSD) 62g
ASUS VS228H-P 21.5-Inch LCD Monitor
Cooler Master 120mm Case Fan (2 of them for H100)
SteelSeries QcK Gaming Mouse Pad (Black)
HDMI Cable 2M (6 Feet)

Total of 1,906 bucks.

I am planning to leave this comp on 24/7.

Why not a lower Watt PSU?

I am planning SLI my GTX 580 later on in the future.
I am planning to OC my CPU around 4.0 or higher.

Questions:
I am also planning to do the SSD Caching (SRT) with the SSD. <-- (is that worth it?)

What's faster? Using SRT or having an SSD for OS and HDD for storage/gaming?

Should I even get H100 or go with the Noctua NH-D14?

If you think I should replace any of these, leave a comment. Also don't forget to recommend me one of the items you think I should get instead .

i personally, perfer the H100, they are pretty much the same price in canada, however, i just like the style more.

ive only ever done ssd for OS and HDD, ive never done the SRT thing, although ssd and HDD is so fast as it is (with a good rid) for anything other then benchmarking i couldnt see any real improvements

The price right now for H100 is 110$ and the Noctua is 85$. Is it worth it to add another 25$ for a little bit of cooling? I am also leaving the comp on 24/7 remember that .

well the h100, has push button control speeds, which can be convient in some circumstances, however the h100 with stock fans, is pretty darn quiet
