Didn't you just say something about the irrelevancy of benchmarks vs real world experience? I'm not speaking from benchmarks but from numerous similar upgrades I've made personally. It's too late and im not going to argue this point, but you can't convince me the sky is purple when I've seen for myself that it's blue.

And for the love of God, they're the same price. It's not like he's dumping extra here.

What a red herring...

I couldn't care less what you think; real-world application tests (not synthetic benchmarks) from Tom's show your "experience" to be nothing more than anecdotal hogwash.

If you can provide data that invalidates Tom's (because you're calling them liars, and slandering their testing at this point), we'd all here certainly love to see it.

You've just got one person presenting anecdotal evidence, and the other showing data obtained from sound testing methodology.

In real-world applications, the appreciable difference between DDR2-800 at 3-3-3-8, and DDR2-800 at 5-5-5-15 is zero.
