When's the last time you dusted the inside of your rig? The heatsink and fans are probably all matted with a nice layer of insulation (dust). Can of compressed air does wonders every 3-6 months.

Is this your PC? http://www.walmart.com/ip/Dell-i537-2756NBK/14006083

If so, you will need to take measurements before you buy a new cooler for the CPU. You should also find out whether it will void your warranty, if you care about the warranty.

A great CPU Cooler is this http://www.newegg.com/Product/Produc...82E16835103065

You might also consider getting a new case. This will give your components more room to breathe and allow you to get a larger cooler installed on your CPU. Here's a cheap one http://www.newegg.com/Product/Produc...s-_-11-133-094 but you could also check out recent budget builds here on OCN for better case ideas.

I'm not sure what you were trying to say in your last post except that you think you fixed it.

Maybe I'm misreading your results but it looks like your @~58C with ~22% load. Thats still hot IMO. A new case and fan would do you wonders.

Edit: Thanks for the link to the case. You'll still need to measure for a cooler and whatnot. I had my motherboard die on my old Acer PC and decided it was time to build. I just got a new case and cooler and it did wonders for my temps. I was able to overclock and still idle at a much, much lower temp. I idle @~31C +/-2C depending on ambient temps.
