well according to mr.linus (if you guys are familair with him), him changing his mcp655 flow rate from 5(fastest) to 1(slowest) resulted in a temp decreased that wasnt measured by his monitor(so basically around .5c)

jump to 3:05

so just go with what you like. personally im only using 3-4 straight fittings in my new build, all the rest wil be 45/90 compressions
