Help Overclocking My Intel

Ok guys I have for you an Intel Core 2 Duo I need help overclocking my CPU which is currently at 1.86 GHZ. Im running Windows 7 Sp1 64 bit, 3 gigs of ram and this mother board is a 6300. IS there anyone that can help with this because I am a noob. Any sensable help would be awesome thanks guys

I wouldn't expect to see a whole lot of overclocking capability with a core 2 duo, but im sure you could OC some at least. You will want to go into your bios to edit cpu frequency and voltage appropriately. Try doing some research on your specific chip to see what others have attained with stability
