Reset CCC to defaults, utilize those settings, and report back.

Welp, good thing I already positive repped you jlells

I could've sworn I tried every setting there was. But with yours I get 45-60FPS. There is something left to be desired with the graphics but I'll have to wait until I'm on a ballin budget again.

I wouldn't recommend doing this, the options are only there to try and force feature support in games that do not support them, in conjunction with profiles. Leave CCC at default and adjust via the game is my recommendation.
