CPU/NB VID. The NB VID is for the physical NB chip, not the IMC on your CPU. You shouldn't need to increase voltage much depending on how high you take your CPU/NB. For 2800+ it may take closer to 1.3v; but is it likely if you chip and IMC are decent you'll hit 2800 with less than 1.25v

There is no need to. Leave it at 2000 or as close to it as you can keep it. At 1600 it is already more than enough for single-card GPU and other solutions, and though you *might* see a minor improvement by going to 2200, some scaling of performance decreases when it is higher.

It's best to leave it alone. No need to mess with voltages. Auto is fine.

Your NB voltage should be either 1.1 or 1.2, 1.4v seems really high. The CPU/NB VID and frequency should stay at stock for both while you try to stabilize your core clock.

For 4Ghz, your voltage is too low most likely. You'll probably need 1.45v or more for 4Ghz.

Managed to get 4017MHz stable at 1.4V
2.6GHz northbridge at 1.3v

Temps were an average of 61oc during 100% load during stress testing. Still not entirely comfortable so I may buy another fan for push pull and make a little shroud out of electrical tape around the fans as there is a lot of air leakage. Also the mx-4 was freshly applied a few hours ago and it takes weeks to cure I hears?. All these together could knock about 5oc off?

Thanks

It's possible. Adding a fan for push/pull should help under load, won't make a difference much in idle (at least mine didn't, but then again I did have to make my own fan clips and they're a bit rugged on the fins).

I don't know what kind of time MX-4 takes to cure, I've never used it. I usually recommend Ceramique - doesn't really dry out - no cure time - easy to remove. And it's non-conductive.
