Your build is great, with good high end parts i see no problem with anything at all.
Thanks! Anything that may replace the F3s due to the high cost of them now? Or should I just buy one and wait until the price comes down to buy another?

I hear the HS on them are terrible. Anything else that's good?

look at this 1 it is a 120gb ssd for about half the price and almost same read and write speeds as the 180gb ssd you had on your list

To be honest, I heard OCZ SSDs were crap. Maybe I'm mistaken? I haven't been keeping up with SSDs that much lately, but from what I've heard, OCZ should be avoided. Right, wrong?

I wouldn't buy anything from OCZ, their drives are very unreliable (personal experience with a vertex 3). I'd recommend either a crucial M4 or Intel 510. Both are very reliable.

its all opinion it is at random you will get a bad ssd from any1 of the ssd sellers but that drive is very good every1 thinks the m4 is good but it not that great to the ssd's that have both high read and write speeds at about the same price of the m4. so it your choice to get it or not. i was just giving you another choice to pick at a cheaper price with about same read and write speeds.

No....
The OCZ drives are based on a sandforce controller which has tons of issues.

The M4 and Intel 510 use a Marvell controller which has very, very few issues with it.

if you didnt read what op said he using it for more the read he needs high write speeds too not just high read the m4 fails on high write speeds so dont even say it good. it only good on read not write. a ssd with only high read is not really that great if you need high write speed as well as high read the m4 is not one for what he needs
