Because we all have faith that Bethesda will produce a quality game with a ton of freedom that will turn out to be as great or better than their previous outings. And Bethesda never has had issues with PC porting, they have issues with their horrible bugs that surface in every game.

The game runs on an xbox360 so don't expect too much out of it...

Also, to you people saying this is "not a port", port or not Bethesda themselves said that the lead platform was consoles. This was designed from the ground up for consoles and that means that PC gameplay will suffer. No question about it.

Target platform means more than if it was literally ported from one platform to another versus multi-platform development.

Usually the higher the fps, the less screen tearing. Or if your fps is very low, in the 30's, you get reduces screen tear. (From experience, everything has different experiences witht he same games/hardware)
