No way of knowing exactly.

Overclocking performance is never guaranteed, and no two chips are the same, even from the same batch. Some chips need far more voltage than others. You can make rough guesses based on the average of what most people seem to get on their chips, but dont copy their settings. I've never overclocked a phenom ii, so I'm not sure what a 555be is usually capable of, but you can look around and find out.

Slowly start increasing the voltage by small steps. If its still not stable after a few steps, then it's likely to be some other setting and not your voltage.

I couldn't unlock the other 2 cores of my phenom so i decided to o/c it to death 3,9 GHz is fine with stock voltage but i want more! ))

I'd rather NOT overclock on that mobo, since its not even 4+1 phases but 3+1.

True their is almost no way that a phenom x2 555be and a 6850 both overclocked are running off a 400w psu

Believe me there's almost no real difference between 400W and 500W or between 500 and 600...I have many computer engineer friends and they're all saying its just a marketing trick of companies.
