New 560s didn't include SLI bridge. Can I SLI without it? - Page 2

These card OC VERY Well. I have 2 EVGA 560ti's FPB versions and they are currently at 1006 core at 1.087 and I havent tried to push them higher yet but my gut says it should do about 1025+ on that same voltage. Mine are under water though.

You use to be able to SLI without a bridge I think, but it was made required in later drivers.
AMD, I give up.

i drove almost 2 hours to a distant best buy that had a Galaxy brand adapter kit with an SLI bridge. Get home to find out it's the bridge card (not floppy) and about half the length i needed.

good news is these cards run VERY cold.
max fan speed=55% and is nearly silent, max temp was 68.

currently at a 950/2300 stable overclock at 1. 087 volts vs stock .987

Doodlebro, that would be very nice of you. I would happily pay for 1 day shipping and bubble mailer if you can give me a quote, my shipping address is in west melbourne florida, 32904

I think you can SLI with drivers that are 260? or 250? I know for sure the latest drivers don't support SLI without the bridge. The older ones do. I'm not sure if the older ones support 560s though.

hmmm... i'm not having the same luck. got 965 stable on the core, 985 crashes at 1.087 my max voltage in afterburner.

i am working on pushing my memory now with core at 950.

right now, 950/2300 i am having moments of sudden stutter where my GPU usage dips and shoots back up.

i was realling hope to have some better overclockers, but im sure once i have them in SLI and if 950/2200 works on both i will be VERY happy.

I played last night at lowest settings, 1280x800 on a 9800GT and the game was still blissfull. looked amazing, ran great.

My afterburner goes up to 1.150 volts....I havent used all that yet. But since my cards have full cover blocks on them its nice to know I can use it if I need it. VRMS get plenty of cooling

my 560 Ti went that high too, seems it's a little lower for the 560.

i know the 560ti/570/580 can be bricked from pushing memory OC, but I wonder if the 560 non ti has the same issue?

i could get 5000mhz stable pretty easily on my 560 ti but over time i noticed wierd issues and heard about that problem.

the 560 is supposed to be revised for overclocking but i don't know... i actually noticed more performance improvements from big memory overclocks than big core overclocks on my 560 Ti. i think probably because i like to play at 1920x1200 with 2x msaa on the 1024mb of ram.
