bf3 ram problems?

Thread Starter
Well along with everyone here I assume has already got bf3 up and running. I've just got it and been playing maybe a few hours on campaign. It already crashed twice on me something with a ram problem. First time there was an obscure message about direct x not having enough memory to run. Then the second time no error no bsod just system restart. During Beta however I got the message that warning message telling me to close programs to conserve memory. I dont have much things on just the essentials, avg, origin and the one webpage on firefox to boot bf3 (horrible interface). Has anyone had this problem? If its a repost Ill delete this thread. Im using my sig rig to run it.

Honestly, with eight gigabytes (8 Gb) of RAM, you should be able to run this without problem. I believe it may be a glitch in the game itself, or you should probably just check the command prompt to see what is happening as you launch.
