Desk is to small for keyboard and mouse?

Thread Starter
I have a full size desk the problem is the key board tray. Its small, I can fit a keyboard and half a mouse pad. I could just put the mouse on the desk instead of the keyboard but then I have to stretch my arm far causing me to lose a big portion of my score in games. I was wondering if any of you have found a solution to this conman problem. The keyboard I have is not to big, if it did not have a number pad it would be perfect but I use my number pad quit allot.

You could get a keypadless keyboard then get a usb one that you could keep elsewhere maybe? I had the same problem as you and I just put it on my desk and raised up my chair.

Bigger desk?

Seriously though, I would dump the mouse pad and get a smaller keyboard. Preferably the wireless one that Apple sells. I'm pretty sure that other companies make laptop style boards but I have yet to see one.

I had this problem. It was fixed with the purchase of a noppoo choc mini, SIIG Minitouch, and TG3 BL82.

Just put everything on top and remove the tray. I have a super tiny 4x4' ikea desk and that's what I do.

All good small form factor boards. I would also add the KBC Poker, CM Storm Quick Fire, and tenkeyless Filco, Leopold, and Ducky. If you want to drop more cash take a look at the HHKB and Realforce 87U.
