issue i am having with it if i use any full screen games at all the power supply shuts down.

also shuts down running rthdribl and prime95 at full res. where my other power supply doesn't.

For $100 you got a "1600W" PSU that crashes your system at sub300W of load. You got ripped off.

The voltages are fine. You don't need to worry about it. Anything used on the 3.3 and 5v rails should be able to tolerate the little bit higher voltage.

That's not "little bit".. that's way outside ATX specifications.. the 3.3v rail is 10% off it's normal value and 5% outside ATX spec.. that's not little bit, that's well beyond unsafe, I'm surprised his system even starts up

All of those are out of spec. +12V max is 12.60V, +5V max is 5.25V, and +3.3V max is 3.47V.

next time when you buy a PSU, if it looks to good to be true, dont buy. PSU is #1 important in any system..
With your system, a 650W is max for what you need.
Like Corsair, XFX, Seasonic, Antec, Silverstone.

Ugh, the one and only Ultra PSU I had blew out when I was watching a Splinter Cell trailer.
