Im playing BF3 fine, try going into origin and doing a repair install. It seemed to fix alot of the stuttering I had before.

To put it mildly, theres a reason ram is ram, and pagefiles are run from the hdd.

Would this ram be a good investment? G.SKILL Sniper 8GB: http://www.newegg.com/Product/Produc...82E16820231417

I could get 2 kits of this and go for 16gb. Cause I do a lot of Encoding and Rendering also.

Those rams will soon hit the 20$ price range RAms prices change often next month or so those prices will drop again

The IMC can't handle anything faster than that in your case.
Please don't spread misinformation. While it was true that the C2 memory controllers were lacking on some chips and were weaker than the improved C3 steppings, there were a lot of people (myself included) running 1600Mhz and up on C2 chips.
